ahmido	845d21db6d	feat: harden operation lifecycle monitoring (#190 ) ## Summary - harden operation-run lifecycle handling with explicit reconciliation policy, stale-run healing, failed-job bridging, and monitoring visibility - refactor audit log event inspection into a Filament slide-over and remove the stale inline detail/header-action coupling - align panel theme asset resolution and supporting Filament UI updates, including the rounded 2xl theme token regression fix ## Testing - ran focused Pest coverage for the affected audit-log inspection flow and related visibility tests - ran formatting with `vendor/bin/sail bin pint --dirty --format agent` - manually verified the updated audit-log slide-over flow in the integrated browser ## Notes - branch includes the Spec 160 artifacts under `specs/160-operation-lifecycle-guarantees/` - the full test suite was not rerun as part of this final commit/PR step Co-authored-by: Ahmed Darrazi <ahmed.darrazi@live.de> Reviewed-on: #190	2026-03-23 21:53:19 +00:00
ahmido	7ac53f4cc4	feat(111): findings workflow + SLA settings (#135 ) Implements spec 111 (Findings workflow + SLA) and fixes Workspace findings SLA settings UX/validation. Key changes: - Findings workflow service + SLA policy and alerting. - Workspace settings: allow partial SLA overrides without auto-filling unset severities in the UI; effective values still resolve via defaults. - New migrations, jobs, command, UI/resource updates, and comprehensive test coverage. ahmido	971105daa9	057-filament-v5-upgrade (#66 ) Summary: Upgrade Filament to v5 (Livewire v4), replace Filament v4-only plugins, add first-party JSON renderer, and harden Monitoring/Ops UX guardrails. What I changed: Composer: upgraded filament/filament → v5, removed pepperfm/filament-json and lara-zeus/torch-filament, added torchlight/engine. Views: replaced JSON viewer with json-viewer.blade.php and updated snapshot display. Tests: added DB-only + tenant-isolation guard tests under Monitoring and OpsUx, plus Filament smoke tests. Specs: added/updated specs/057-filament-v5-upgrade/* (spec, tasks, plan, quickstart, research). Formatting: ran Pint; ran full test suite (641 passed, 5 skipped). Validation: Ran ./vendor/bin/sail artisan test (full suite) — all tests passed. Ran ./vendor/bin/sail pint --dirty — formatting applied. Ran npm run build locally (Vite) — assets generated. Notes / Rollback: Rollback: revert composer.json/composer.lock and build assets; documented in quickstart.md. One pending app migration was noted during validation; ensure migrations are applied in staging before deploy.
