feat/047-inventory-foundations-nodes (#51)
Adds Inventory Sync toggle include_foundations (default true) + persistence tests
Adds Coverage “Dependencies” column (✅/—) derived deterministically from graph_contracts (no Graph calls)
Spec/tasks/checklists updated + tasks ticked off
