  • Fast Feedback now runs with a flagless canonical command;
  • green tests produce exit 0;
  • removes profile qualification and calibration;
  • removes budget/profile/calibration identities;
  • removes TestLaneBudget;
  • removes sidecar, rehydration and cause normalization;
  • removes baseline-comparison machinery;
  • deletes the complete Spec-464 package from the current tree;
  • keeps Fast Feedback, Confidence, Heavy, Browser and Profiling lanes;
  • keeps fail-closed risk routing and Lean Safe Commit;
  • no compatibility mode or deprecated flags;
  • no Spec-463 or Website-411 mutation;
  • no GitHub mutation;
  • no runner/Redis change.
