Behebt: globales BulkOperationProgress-Widget benötigt keinen manuellen Refresh mehr; ETA/Elapsed aktualisieren korrekt; Widget verschwindet automatisch. Verbesserungen: zuverlässiges polling (Alpine factory + Livewire fallback), sofortiger Enqueue‑Signal-Dispatch, Failure‑Message‑Sanitization, neue Guard‑ und Regressionstests, Specs/Tasks aktualisiert.
