Summary

  • establish exactly five project-scoped Codex roles with bounded sandbox and approval defaults
  • add a fail-closed safe local commit helper with explicit identity, path, rename, hook, signal, race, and index safeguards
  • add deterministic validator, disposable reference workflow, focused governance tests, and canonical AGENTS.md casing
  • preserve repository MCP configuration and remove autonomous Git/remote authority from governed skills
