  • Introduces the local ADDITIVE_CORRECTION contract while leaving historical execution contracts unchanged.
  • Binds corrections exactly to the Spec, session branch, authorized start HEAD, and correction paths.
  • Integrates the contract into Candidate, Completion, handoffs, implementation report, finalization receipt, and scripts/codex-safe-local-commit.
  • All routed gates: PASS.
  • focused-platform-pest: PASS (73 assertions).

  • Final independent review: NO_CONFIRMED_FINDINGS.
