  • Implements risk-based FAST/NORMAL/CRITICAL validation routing.
  • Existing change-impact router remains the sole routing authority.
  • Adds deterministic validation/review/finalization evidence.
  • Fast Feedback, Confidence and Heavy were independently validated using PASS_WITH_ATTRIBUTED_BASELINE; red lanes remain red.

  • T056 validation completed with no confirmed findings.
